• AI search in the diary: describe what you ate in your own words and get a proposal with nutrition values straight away, from the Dutch NEVO food table where possible. Works for a single product and for a whole dish with portions; correct it up to three times in plain language. Only your description is sent, never your account data; at most 30 estimates a day.
• Strength training: switch off muscle groups you already train through another sport, for example your legs when you play football and run. Your plan and the benchmark exercises of your strength index follow.
• Football added as a sport, with week planning that respects recovery: no run on the day after a match.
• New photo headers for every sport session and for cooking mode, in a man and woman variant.
• The duration of a sport session is entered in whole minutes.
• A calmer start: short groups of questions, helpful explanations and original illustrations. You only see questions for your modules.
• Continue later saves your answers and your place. A card at the top of Home lets you finish your personal plan.
