Subscription terms — draft
Planned price: €3.50 per month.
A paid subscription is not available yet. The current signup step only creates an account and does not start a payment or trial.
What is included?
The planned subscription includes your personal workout plan and exercise guidance, recipes, food diary, water tracking, calendar, insights and rewards. Internet access is required for features including account sync and online product search.
Provider and contact
LivuFit is a trading name. Email questions or complaints to info@livufit.nl. The full legal name, business address and registration number will be added after verification.
Signup and payment
Creating an account in the current version is not an order for a paid subscription. The payment provider and checkout have not been connected. No trial period has been announced.
Before paid signup becomes available, the final total price including applicable taxes, billing, start date, duration, any renewal and cancellation rules must be clearly available. A paid order must be separately recognisable and confirmed.
Cancellation and withdrawal
Commercial cancellation terms have not yet been set. This page therefore makes no promise about a minimum term, notice period or automatic renewal.
Applicable consumer rights will apply to any future online subscription, generally including a fourteen-day withdrawal period. Starting during that period, any legal exception and the required withdrawal function must be correctly implemented at checkout. This draft does not exclude statutory rights.
Using LivuFit
LivuFit helps you plan and record your activities. Plans, recipe timings and nutrition values are tools and estimates; they do not guarantee a result or replace individual medical care. Keep your login details secure and do not use someone else’s account.
Still needed before paid use
The provider’s legal name and address, business registration and any VAT details, contact and complaints procedure, final payment and cancellation terms, and policy for changes and termination remain to be completed before paid signup opens.
